Returns Policy

Goods to be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery.

1. Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging;

2. Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition;

3. Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged;

4. Items must be received to The Rusty Rhinos within 10 Working days of being shipped.

Freight charges incurred in returning goods to The Rusty Rhinos will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.

Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.

Exchange Time Frame

The Rusty Rhinos asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.

For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date The Rusty Rhinos initiates refund.

(Some delays may be experienced by movement of funds between various financial institutions)
